Earsham First School PTA meets every 1st Monday in every month except August, at 7.30pm at the Earsham Queen pub.
The next meeting is Monday 1st Oct 2007
Everyone is very welcome to come along and all suggestions and help is always gratefully received. You can just turn up on the night or you can call Amity (Lexie's mum) the chairperson for an agenda or details on 01502 710466.
Parents of the new children are very welcome too!
WE NEED YOUR HELP TO HELP OUR CHILDREN
Just some of the things the PTA pay for
1) After school cookery club including Christmas cake decorating and Easter egg making.
2) Ice lollies after the races on sports day.
3) Playground equipment.
4) The cost of the coaches on school trips.
5) New PA equipment for merit Assemblies.
Without your help we cannot provide these things.
Keep an eye on this space for future fundraising events.
If you can help with time, experience, prizes etc please contact Amity on the number above.
Non-uniform day - Friday 21st September 2007.
Wea are asking for a £1 donation per child please. Please contact me if you pay tax as we can gift aid this donation and get 28p per £1 from the tax man!!
Atlantic birthday celebrations - Sat 22nd Sept
The PTA are serving tea and coffee. Any helpers would be gratefully received!
Look out for the rota.
Bring your Parent challenge night - Thursday 18th Oct
from 5.30pm til 7pm at the village hall.
A night of fun filled challenges for all the family.
£1 a family with refreshments to buy on the night, or £1.50 on the night.
Xmas Fair - Sat 1st Dec
At the village hall from 12pm-3pm,
