The primary years of education are crucial to all children’s development and at Earsham we firmly believe in developing each individual child in partnership with you, the parents. Thank you for your interest in our school and we would be delighted to welcome you and your children and show you some of the excellent work that goes on here.
Aims of the school
The school has approximately 75 pupils and serves a wide community within a seven mile radius. It aims to provide:
“A happy, purposeful, Christian environment in which the child can feel secure and so flourish, reaching his/her potential and valuing parents and carers as “partners” in the learning process.”
Our three school rules are understood and quoted by all pupils, even the four year olds. Standards in behaviour are excellent as they all recognise the importance of:
“Be kind. Be careful. Work hard.”
In our school we offer:
- A very strong partnership between families and schools.
- Excellent social and emotional support for all children and their parents/carers.
- High quality levels of support for the most and least able children when appropriate.
- A stimulating environment and curriculum which motivates and engages all children.
- High expectations of all children in all subjects to achieve their personal best.
More information can be found in the school prospectus.
